You can create a maintenance request two ways — create and access a Buildium account:
Or by downloading the app to access on your phone
Google Play (for Androids, etc.)
Instructions for setting up a Buildium account:
Go to the Buildium website
In the top right-hand corner click “Sign in”
Under the green sign-in button, select “Sign up”
Enter your first and last name and email address
Select “Create account”
Enter the address to which you are applying and click “Next”
From there, you will be able to pay rent and send a maintenance request
